At L.A.B. Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Lie Angle Balance technology; if your putter isn't transforming your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built orders may be subject to a restocking fee to account for their bespoke specifications.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your putter in its original box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the headcover is secured to protect the technical finish during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our team inspects the equipment for signs of wear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
