Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Lie Angle Balance and your L.A.B. Golf equipment.
What is Lie Angle Balance (L.A.B.) technology?
Lie Angle Balance is our patented technology that removes torque from the golf club. Unlike traditional putters that want to open or close during the stroke, a L.A.B. Golf putter stays square to the arc naturally, making it easier to hole more putts.
How long does it take to build and ship a custom putter?
Each custom putter is hand-built and balanced to your specific specifications in our Oregon facility. Current lead times for custom orders are typically 3-4 weeks, while 'Stock' items usually ship within 2-3 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our putters and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy on custom-built putters?
Because custom putters are built to your unique specifications (length, lie angle, grip, and head finish), they are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days. Items must be in new, like-original condition.
How do I find my correct Lie Angle?
We highly recommend using our Remote Fitting process. Simply submit a short video of your putting stroke following our guidelines, and our expert fitters will determine your ideal length and lie angle for free.
Can I change the grip on my L.A.B. Golf putter?
Our putters are balanced with specific grip weights in mind. While you can change the grip, we recommend using L.A.B. Golf Press Grips to maintain the intended feel and performance of the Lie Angle Balance technology.
